consultant from West Bengal Jeesa Gupta who had started traditional Natural and
Herbal remedies treatment in early 80’s. She was a brilliant student in
researcher on Indian Herbal Remedies for hair and skin beauty problems of
Indian women. Long 27 years of her experience on the field of Indian Herbal
Remedies inspire to manufacture some effective home remedies for hair fall
problems, loose hair problems, hair fall out troubles, hair falling out after
pregnancy period, baldness in normal women and men and many other hair related

Question-1: WHAT ARE THE MAIN REASONS BEHIND
HAIR FALL OUT?
Jeesa Gupta: There are
lots of reasons behind Falling out of hair but here is a few common reasons
such as not taking proper care, using of strong chemical based hair products,
regular use of chemicals, irregular lifestyle, lack of sleep and rest, prolonged
illness, mental shock and tension , strong medication, exposure to heat and
pollution,
hormonal changes during pregnancy
period , puberty and menopause and many more.
Question- 2: WHY HAIR FALLING OUT AFTER
PREGNANCY PERIOD?
Jeesa Gupta: There are
very rare cases are seen in pregnancy hair falling before or after delivery. It
is because of mutation in gene and hormonal changes, prolonged medication, over
tension and lack of hair care routinely.
Question3: WHY HAIR IS FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS
ANY TIME?
Jeesa Gupta: Hair
falling out in clumps is one of the major problems for Indian Women, there are
various reasons such as scalp becomes weak, use of chemical based products,
regular hair coloring, hair straightening regularly and prolonged illness.
Question-4: WHY HAIR IS FALLING OUT IN SHOWER
AT BATH TIME?
Jeesa Gupta: There is
no doubt as scalp and hair become weak, hence hair is falling out in shower, quality
of shower water and hair wash and shampoo also responsible for that.
Question-5: HOW TO
PREVENT OR CONTROL HAIR FALL?
Jeesa Gupta: The main
mantra is regular and systematic hair care routine. I am sure that it will
prevent hair fall. My suggestion in the fact, using good chemical free pure
herbal hair products fully give satisfactory result. Healthy diet also helps to
prevent hair fall.
Question- 6: HOW TO
GROW NEW HAIR AFTER PARTIAL OR FULLY HAIR FALL?
Jeesa Gupta: The Fall
of hair and re growth is normal phenomenon of nature. Our study says that hair
loss of up to 25 hairs daily very normal but when the number of hair fall grows
then some thing wrong with hair. The main case of daily maximum hair fall is
using chemical products. Even hair falling increased but re growing is also
increased if there is no hormonal deficiency. Must keep in mind to hair care regularly
with herbal chemical free hair products to increase hair growth and control
hair loss in Indian society.
Question-7: WHAT ARE
THE FOODS PROMOTES HAIR GROWTH?
Jeesa Gupta: Very
interesting question, our diet obviously controls normal body functioning. In
my experience recalls Green vegetables rich with vitamins and iron such as Juicy
fruits, eggs, Fish Rice, Wheat, lentils and seeds, a little butter, cheese or
oil for hair growth diet.
Question- 8: WHY DID
YOU CHOOSE BEAUTY CARE PROFESSION?
Jeesa Gupta: It is
very strange question for me. When I have completed my PG from Calcutta University then are lots of jobs
available for a master degree holder but I was very straight forward from my
student life and the trend is still with me. Another thing which inspired me to
come beauty care profession is ambition to do some thing extra from normal
life. In thus way I had come this profession by taking the research fellowship on
Indian medicine and Ayurveda. I don’t know, how much successful in this
profession but happy with this work.
